The Lead Service And Installation Technician will contribute to the success of CBG by: -Meeting with branch sales reps to review jobs before, during and after installation. -Keep the respective sales reps updated as to the progress of their jobs on a daily basis. -Co-ordinate all aspects of those jobs, including scheduling with customer, additional manpower and/or equipment, delivery of materials, handling shortages/freight damage, interface with the customer's representatives, problem resolution. -Interface with the installation/service manager, keeping him apprised of
