HIRING: Caregiver Coordinator
With compassion and devotion, we help older and frail adults retain their freedom and quality-of-life by allowing them to stay in their own homes. We specialize in live-in care for people who want a comprehensive alternative to an outside facility, and we provide hourly care, as well.
We are looking to hire a caring, well-organized person to serve as a Caregiver Coordinator. The ideal candidate has worked in a caregiver role and has managed others. Here is how this person can expect to spend her/his day:
• serve as administrative manager — the “right hand” of the owners
• help administer the orientation and training for caregivers
• interview caregivers and oversee the testing and background check phase of caregiver selection
• help match caregivers with clients, and schedule accordingly
• schedule replacement caregivers for employees who call off
• travel within central Ohio to monitor caregivers
• give input and share ideas on marketing and growth initiatives
