Im closing on a house with my girlfriend and am looking for someone interested in taking over the back end of my lease. October is already paid for, Im not asking for any reimbursement for October rent, you take the lease off my hands, October is all yours.

3rd and top floor of the complex, the 2BR/1BA is just short of 1000 sq ft. Very quiet community, great staff that is very responsive. The neighbors are great -- an older lady lives downstairs and a young couple lives down the hall. Located in the Ridge at Taylor Station, owned and run by a small local business, Roger Perry Inc.

Apartment would be perfect for anyone. Lease runs through July of 2010, gas, electric, and water will be turned over to whoever gets it on whatever move-in day they want. Must pass criminal and financial background, apartment rules not mine. They are very understanding though, not hard to work with.

The apartment is available for immediate move in. First payment for rent is due the 1st of November. I will cover the $99 security deposit if you agree and are approved to take over the lease by the end of the month.
