I am looking for a new roomate to share my lovely home with. You will have your own private, furnished room that has a double bed with a new mattress, a desk/dresser, high boy, low boy, night stand and bench. The room is large, carpeted, has a ceiling fan, west windows and a very large closet with lots of racks and shelves plus a large bookcase. The house is to be shared, with use of the large living room and country kitchen, and the use of the washer and dryer in the utility room. The house is very snug, with central heat and air conditioning plus ceiling fans, so it’s very comfortable. The grounds are large and privacy fenced, with a big patio and a pool in summer, and there is a carport for the use of one vehicle.The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with lots of mature trees, and yet close to the High Street bus line, shopping, and all the major highways and freeways.

The rent is $400 a month, plus a $200 security deposit due at the signing of the Rental Agreement. The room will be available at the end of April. If you are interested, please respond to this post, and I will get right back with you. Thanks!
