Available immediately are three rooms in my five bedroom duplex. The rates of all three rooms are $320/room +elec./gas. There will be two other occupants, both females. Anyone interested, please contact via email and we can further discuss the details. However here are a few important things:

-The house is within walking distance of OSU, located on E. 19th Ave. between Summit St. and N. 4th St.

-The rooms are available as soon as you would be ready to move in.

-The lease would go through the summer and end Aug. 31
