Looking for single, responsible female to rent my spare room. Rent includes all utilities including internet and cable, use of washer and dryer, use of kitchen. You will be responsible for your food, and will have a shelf in the pantry, a shelf and drawer in the fridge, and a shelf in the freezer. You will also have a coat closet downstairs.
My home is drug and alcohol free, and that is non-negotiable. I also have pets so you must enjoy animals.
The room is furnished with a bed, night stand, dresser, TV, and small bookshelf if you need to use them, or you can use your own furniture.
